A native of Shenzhen, China, Peng began piano studies at age eight and quickly demonstrated exceptional talent and dedication. He earned a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from the Xinghai Conservatory of Music, followed by a Master’s degree from the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University Bloomington. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) at Michigan State University under the guidance of renowned pianist Eric Zuber. Peng’s artistry has earned him significant accolades, including the Distinguished Gold Medal at the 2023 Seattle International Piano Festival Classical Series and the Platinum Medal at the 2023 Quebec Music Competition. With his remarkable skill and deep musicality, Yifu Peng is emerging as a compelling presence on the global classical music stage.

Helen has performed internationally at Carnegie Hall (New York), Solitaire Mozarteum (Salzburg), and Petit Palau (Barcelona). She enjoys chamber music and participated in the Masterworks Music Festival in 2023 and in C’est Bon Chamber Music Academy. Outside of music, Helen is passionate about photography, reading, swimming, and traveling with her family.

In 2006, he began Bachelor of Music degree at the University of Colorado Boulder, studying with Erika Eckert and Geraldine Walther. In 2011, Mr. Krimm returned to Dallas to pursue a Performer’s Diploma at Southern Methodist University where he studied with Ellen Rose. While in attendance, Andrew co-founded the award-winning string quartet, Altius Quartet. During their residency at SMU, Altius Quartet won first prize at the Coltman Chamber Music Competition, first prize at the Plowman Chamber Music Competition, and was awarded the Silver Medal at the Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition. In the Fall of 2015, Mr. Krimm moved to Boulder to study with the world renowned Takacs Quartet. The Altius Quartet was awarded a three-year residency at CU-Boulder to guide the quartet through the creative and business aspects of having a successful career as a string quartet. In 2016 with the Altius Quartet, Mr. Krimm made his Carnegie Hall debut in NYC. The Altius Quartet recently completed two albums. The first was released in April 2017 featuring a mash up of many different genres including Haydn, Bolcom, a-ha, and Dave Brubeck. The second, to be released in October 2017, features Shostakovich's “Personal Quartets” Nos. 7, 8, and, 9. Both discs are being released by PARMA Recordings. After serving as Board President for the Western Slope Concert Series, Andrew became the Executive Director in 2018. In 2020 Andrew was also named the Executive Director of the Boulder Symphony. An organization committed to connecting with and profoundly affecting the human spirit. Boulder Symphony envisions a community that is informed, connected and inspired by the arts.     < Back Yael Weiss Piano Learn More Videos About A captivating presence on the concert scene, award-winning Israeli-American pianist Yael Weiss has been hailed by many of today's greatest musicians and critics for visionary interpretations of surpassing depth, immediacy and communicative power. Following a recent recital, the Washington Post portrayed her as “a pianist who delves deeply and tellingly into that cloudy area where fantasy morphs into improvisation, inventiveness being common to both.” Ms. Weiss has performed across the United States, Europe, Japan, Korea, New Zealand and South America at such venues as Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, the Kennedy Center, Benaroya Hall, Moscow’s Bolshoi Hall and London’s Wigmore Hall. Her New York recital debut, presented by the Metropolitan Museum, was acclaimed by the New York Times as, "remarkably powerful and intense . . . fine technique and musicianship in the service of an arresting array of music." Ms. Weiss has appeared as soloist with many international orchestras, including the Prague Chamber Orchestra, Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra, the Seattle Symphony, Santa Fe Symphony, Israel Chamber Orchestra, and the Brazil National Symphony, to name a few. Ms. Weiss has presented “32 Bright Clouds” recitals in Korea, Cuba, Austria, Canada and in venues throughout the US, performing programs that combine Beethoven with new works from around the world. Young Artist - Canada 14- year-old pianist Antian is the youngest recipient in the 130 year history of Royal Conservatory of Music to have earned the Licentiate Diploma (LRCM) with Distinction, which she accomplished in 2017 at the age of 10. She is also the second youngest in RCM history to have earned the ARCT Diploma, which she did at the age of 9. Antian has been a student of Steinway Top Teacher Dr. Michael Esch for the past 5 years. She also takes frequent coaching with internationally acclaimed pianist, John O’Conor. In 2021 Antian successfully did a Facebook Live stream which sponsored by Global Outstanding Chinese Artists Association (GOCAA-AAF). In 2020 Antian was featured in three solo recitals online. Two of them were for the nationally recognized Kitchener Waterloo Chamber Music Society (KWCMS) @ Facebook Live, in which she performed - among other works, the Goldberg Variations. Over the last 3 years, Antian has performed multiple recitals for KWCM, the Steinway Series and Westben Festival series. She has appeared in performance at Carnegie Hall, Steinway Hall in New York, NEC at Boston, Boston Conservatory and the Royal Conservatory of Music. In April 2019, Antian made her orchestral debut at Markham theatre. In 2019 Antian was accepted on full scholarship to Morningside Music Bridge program at NEC (Boston), and the Fifth Canadian Chopin Competition, Junior division. She was also recognized with the "2019 Excellence in Music Award" from the City of Markham, an award presented personally by Markham Mayor Frank Scarpitti. (This award is open to professional arts organizations, orchestras, ensembles in the Markham area etc.) . Over the past three years, Antian has been the focus of several documentary features and interviews by TV, Radio Stations and several newspapers in Toronto. In 2021, Antian is just won the place of 2021spotlight Piano Competition (Junior division) Gold medal of 2021 North American Virtuoso Int. Music Competition(Youth division), and awarded honourable for The First Ise-Shima Online International Music Competition for Young Musicians in Japan, the Canadian International piano competition (14-17 years group), and distinction certificate of Neapolitan Masters Competition(Junior B). In 2020, Antian won two European Piano Competitions: Music and Star Awards Intl. Piano Competition(Group D, Gold Award) and Stay home Intl. Piano Competition -young edition (3rd place). She also won both Solo and Ensemble categories of the Beethoven 250th anniversary competition, which is run by AAF level GOCAA Intl. Piano Competition. Antian is the Contracted Youth Pianist of Global Outstanding Chinese Artists Association (GOCAA) Intl. Piano Competition(AAF). Antian is the winner and the best of class of the Open/University level of OMFA Ontario 2020 provincial final. Other main achievements including: the winner of Crescendo Intl. In 2023, he had the privilege to study under Professor Valerie Middleton at Vanderbilt University’s Blair School of Music. Cooper has won first-place honors in numerous international piano competitions and performed at prestigious venues including Carnegie Hall in New York, the Royal Albert Hall in London, and Beethoven-Haus in Bonn, Germany. He actively shares his music with the community through piano recitals at local retirement homes, annual Christmas shows, and fundraising events for organizations such as the Dream Center. In addition to piano, Cooper enjoys playing the guitar and singing. He is an avid swimmer and competes on his school swim team. His interests also extend to robotics, coding, and engineering through Vanderbilt University’s enrichment program for talented youth (SAVY). He enjoys reading and building Legos and robots in his free time. I am a graduate of the Józef Elsner Public School of Music in Warsaw in the organ class of Dr Roman Szlaużys and organ improvisation in the class of Prof. Marian Sawa. I had been studying organ performance as part of an artistic internship at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw in Prof. Andrzej Chorosiński’s class, as well as organ improvisation at the Pontificio Istituto Ambrosiano di Musica Sacra in Milan (Italy) in Maestro Davide Paleari’s class. I participated in master classes on the subject matter of organ works (Ullrich Böhme, Andrew Dewar, Pieter van Dijk, François Espinasse, Bernhard Gfrerer, François-Henri Houbart, Oliver Penin, Louis Robilliard, Daniel Roth , Jean-Claude Zehnder and others), organ improvisation (Frédéric Blanc, Sophie-Véronique Cauchefer-Choplin, Thierry Escaich , Gaétan Jarry, Samuel Liégeon, Baptiste-Florian Marle-Ouvrard, Wolfgang Seifen, Sietze de Vries and others) and liturgical music (Roman Catholic and Anglican). In February 2019, I obtained an academic degree of Doctor of Musical Arts in the field of 'Instrumental Studies' in the discipline of 'Organ Performance' based on the dissertation of "Organ, as a source of inspiration in the art of improvisation and performance practice" written under the direction of prof. I am an international concert organist and I have the pleasure to perform regular solo recitals in countries of Europe, North America, South America, Asia, and Africa: Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Brasil, Canada, Chile, Czech Republic, Denmark, Great Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Kazakhstan, Monaco, Nigeria, Panama, Poland, Slovakia, Ukraine, and the USA. I conduct international (Nigeria, Poland, Ukraine) didactic activities in the field of organ improvisation and practice of interpretation of organ literature from different periods, among others in cooperation with The Royal School of Church Music. I participate in international academic conferences on organ and sacred music (Belgium, Nigeria, Poland). My organological publications are issued regularly by prestigious organ magazines: British "The Organ" , Canadian "Organ Canada" , as well as American "The Diapason" and "The Vox Humana" . Since 2013 I have been a member of The Royal College of Organists, based in London, and since 2014 (as the first Pole) I have had a certificate (certRCO) from this organization. Since 2017 I have been a member of The American Guild of Organists, based in New York City, USA and since 2018 I have been a member of The Organ Historical Society based in the USA. In the years 2002-2011, I was an organist at the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes in Warsaw; I wrote a monograph on the history of the organ (J.G. Meinert, 1782) of this church, and I recorded a CD (organ literature and improvisations) , which is the only record of the sound of this instrument which no longer exists. At that time I co-authored a series of broadcasts on “Radio Warszawa 106.2” about organs in the Warsaw-Prague Diocese. In the years 2011-2018, I held the position of Music Director and the Leading Organist at the Sanctuary of the Virgin Mary in Lichen Stary, where I played the largest organ in Poland (Zych, 157, 6M+P) located in the Basilica in Licheń Stary (the largest church in Poland). In 2017, I wrote the book "The Lichen Organ in relation to the Largest Instruments in Poland, Europe and the World" and recorded a compact disc, “Ave Regina Caelorum” with improvisations on the biggest organ in Poland (in the Basilica in Licheń Stary - can be bought on eBay ). In 2018 I recorded a second compact disc in the Basilica in Licheń Stary, Poland with French literature and improvisations, "French Inspirations: 2nd half of the 19th century" ( eBay ). In addition, I have completed Masters and PhD studies in the area of economics at the Leon Kozminski Academy in Warsaw. Since 2019, as an Associate Professor, I work at the University of Social Sciences in Warsaw, where I conduct interdisciplinary scientific and research work at the interface between management and art, as well as didactic activities for English-language BA, MA, and MBA programs and at the Polish campus of the Clark University, Worcester, USA, in the area of international finance, corporate finance, financial analysis, financial and managerial accounting, self-presentation, business presentations, marketing of visual arts, business ethics, and CSR. I am a Deputy Dean for international student affairs of the Faculty of Management and Security. Since 2021, as an Assistant Professor, I work at the Collegium Civitas in Warsaw.     < Back Previous Tzu-yi Chen Next WATCH VIDEO “Magnificent,” wrote Frank Daykin in the New York Concert Review about Taiwanese pianist Tzu-yi Chen’s solo debut at Carnegie Hall. “She displayed…not only technical command, beautiful tone, total artistic involvement, deep feeling, stylistic understanding, but most importantly, the feeling of spontaneity, even risk, that makes an evening truly memorable.” The Review praised her 2019 piano-duo recital with Lan-in Winnie Yang as “delightful” and a 2022 collaborative performance as “outstanding.” Tzu-yi is on the artist roster of the New-York-based New Asia Chamber Music Society, appearing on its “Unforgettable Memories” CD, available on Apple Music. Her 2020 collaboration with the group at the Smithsonian's Freer Gallery included works by Beethoven as well as compositions by the Taiwanese composers Shi-hui Chen and Ke-chia Chen and arrangements of Japanese folk songs. Recent appearances include recitals in Germany at the Hochschule für Musik in Karlsruhe, performances at national venues in Taiwan, and recitals at Bolzano Conservatory in Italy. She recently served as collaborative pianist for the Robert Spencer Concerto Competition in Virginia and the U.S. Army Orchestra's Young Artist Concerto Competition in Washington DC. Tzu-yi’s upcoming engagements include a lecture on "Liszt and Re-enchantment: Beauty as a Portal to the Sacred" and a performance of Messiaen’s Vingt Regards sur l’Enfant-Jésus at the 2026 American Liszt Society Annual Conference. At home in Washington DC, Tzu-yi is a teacher and adjudicator, whose students have garnered more than 45 awards in regional and state-level competitions. Tzu-yi holds the Premier Prix from the Paris Conservatory and two graduate degrees from the Hochschule für Musik in Karlsruhe, Germany. She earned the Artist Diploma from Columbus State University, where she co-founded the International Friendship Ministries’ Arts Academy. In 2023, she completed her DMA at the University of Maryland, College Park, with a dissertation on "Departure, Conflict, and Rebirth in the Musical Language of Franz Liszt."
